Is there an age restriction for the Pre-Show Soundcheck VIP Experience?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

How do I place my order?

All VIP tickets can be purchased online. VIP Experiences will be available during the presale on Thursday, March 12 at 10:00 AM local venue time, and during the public on sale starting on Friday, March 13 at 10am local venue time.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a 6 ticket limit for VIP tickets.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your Pre-show Soundcheck VIP experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive the merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100X check-in and program schedule?

More information and further instructions including 100X check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery. Please note that these details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.

Can I use my 100x VIP package for a promotional giveaway?

No. VIP packages may not be used for promotional giveaways. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for additional details.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.

Our VIP Program

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket?

As part of this VIP experience, guests will only be able to select a Premium Reserved seat.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket includes an assigned seat. Seat location details will be displayed during the purchase process before you complete your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

No, platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website to ensure you are purchasing an official Pre-Show Soundcheck VIP Experience.

Is the Herbie Hancock Pre-Show Soundcheck VIP Experience a meet & greet?

No, this Pre-Show Soundcheck Experience does NOT include a Meet & Greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the Q&A pre-show is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!

Is parking included?

No. VIP packages do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?
